Whether it be an amazing brow service or an indulgent nurturing facial, we endeavour to make sure you are looked after every step of the way.
Talking Beauty does require a 50% deposit for all bookings, this is so we can hold your card on file to secure your booking. If you are booking online, you will be prompted to pay a deposit upfront to hold the booking.
When booking an appointment with us you will receive an email and SMS at the time of booking so you can easily transfer into your chosen calendar. We will also send a SMS confirmation three days prior to your appointment. Please reply by following the link so we know if you are coming, we are looking forward to seeing you!
We understand unforeseen events can arise, however where possible we reqire 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows for someone on our extensive waitlist to come and enjoy all we have to offer. If you are rescheduling your appointment within our 24 hour notice period this will result in your deposit being forfeited.
These fees reflect the cost of reserved time that cannot usually be filled at short notice
If you are ill, please do not attend your appointment. Our staff may be immune compromised or care for someone who is.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full appointment fee will still apply.
If you need to change or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours this will result in your deposit being forfeited. You are more than welcome to send someone in your place.
If we need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances we will try and find another appointment time that suits or we will organise a refund of your deposit. This can take up to 7 business days to occur.
We believe this is the fairest policy to ensure it doesnโt impact our business

Gift Voucher Policy
Our gift vouchers have been designed with your special someone in mind. Thank you for choosing us to take care of them.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless they are promotional or temporary promotional gift vouchers, these vouchers will clearly state a shorter validity.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
All gift vouchers should be treated like cash. If your gift voucher is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced unless we are provided with proof of purchase.
Standard booking and cancellation policies (please see booking policy) apply to appointments made using gift vouchers.
If insufficient notice is given or a client fails to attend, 50% of the treatment value may be deducted from the voucher in line with our cancellation policy. This reflects the reserved appointment time and associated business costs.
If you have been gifted a service based voucher (1 hour facial), these gift vouchers must be used on services that are available within our salon. They can be exchanged for other treatments within the salon. If the service you have chosen exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remainder can be paid at the time of appointment. If you only use part of your gift voucher, the remaining balance will be kept on the voucher and the original expiry date will still apply
If a service purchased with a gift voucher cannot be provided we will always provide alternatives so you can enjoy a Talking Beauty experience.
If you have been gifted a monetary amount to spend, you can use this gift voucher on service and retail. If you only use part of your gift voucher, the remaining balance will be kept on the voucher and the original expiry date will still apply.
