Whether it be an amazing brow service or an indulgent customised facial, we endeavour to make sure you are looked after every step of the way.

When booking an appointment with us you will receive an SMS confirmation two days prior to your appointment, we would love it if you could reply so we know if you are coming, we are looking forward to seeing you!

We understand unforeseen events can arise and appreciate 24 hoursโ€™ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment, this allows for someone on our extensive waitlist to come and enjoy all we have to offer.

Talking Beauty doesnโ€™t require a deposit for any bookings, however, if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within a 24-hour period, we will need a 50% payment of the original appointment before any other appointments can be made.

We believe this is the fairest policy to ensure it doesnโ€™t impact our business
