Whether it be an amazing brow service or an indulgent nuturing facial, we endeavour to make sure you are looked after every step of the way.

When booking an appointment with us you will receive an email and SMS at the time of booking so you can easily transfer into your chosen calendar. We will also send a SMS confirmation three days prior to your appointment, we would love it if you could reply by following the link so we know if you are coming, we are looking forward to seeing you!

We understand unforeseen events can arise and appreciate 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment, this allows for someone on our extensive waitlist to come and enjoy all we have to offer.

Talking Beauty does require a 50% deposit for all bookings, if you need to change or reschedule your appoitment within 24 hours notice this will result in your deposit being forfeited. You are more than welcome to send someone in your place.

We believe this is the fairest policy to ensure it doesn’t impact our business
