CLIENT INFORMATION

We will always send you a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. In the case that we don’t receive a response & we are unable to contact you for confirmation, your appointment may be given to someone on our waiting list. We want you to enjoy the full experience of your treatment. Arriving late will only lessen your time with us, please ensure that you arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork.

CANCELATIONS

24 hours notice is required if you wish to change or cancel your appointment, as a 50% cancellation fee will apply and must be paid prior to any future appointments made with us.
